About Phillips Care Cleaning

Our Story

Phillips Care was founded in Warren, Ohio in 2012 by Fernando Phillips, who brought more than 15 years of hands-on property care experience to his own company. What started with lawn care and snow removal grew into clean outs, then full cleaning service for homes, apartments and commercial buildings. Today Phillips Care Cleaning Services runs commercial cleaning routes across Northeast Ohio while still answering the phone like a local business should.

Phillips Care is a family company. The same name is on our lawn and landscaping work, and our crews live and work right here in the Valley.

What We Believe

• Insured and bonded. Every crew, every job.
• Details matter. We pay attention to the corners, the baseboards and the trash can nobody else empties.
• Show up. When we give you a day and time, that is when we are there.
• Talk to people. We stay in touch until the job is done, and you can always reach the owner.
• Do it right the first time. If something gets missed, call us and we fix it.

How We Work

1. Walk-Through

We come out, walk the space with you and hear exactly what you want done. No charge, no pressure.

2. Plan

Back at the office we map out the crew, the supplies, the schedule and a checklist for your building or home.

3. Proposal

We call you and go over what is covered, the price and any questions. You get it in writing.

4. Start

Pick a start date. The same crew follows the same checklist every visit, and you have one number to call.
