What to Expect on Your First Clean
Most homes start with a deep clean. It takes longer than a regular visit because we are catching up on baseboards, doors, vents, the inside of the microwave and the edges of every floor. Once the house is caught up, regular visits are faster and cost less. On the first visit we confirm your priorities, how you want us to get in and anything we should not touch, and we leave a note on what we did.

What is included in move-out cleaning?

Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a key, a code or a lockbox. We lock up when we leave and let you know the job is done.

Yes. We bring all cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer a certain product for your floors or counters, leave it out and we will use it.
