Your bill stays the same month to month, and you pay for a finished checklist instead of time on the clock.
How often should a building have janitorial service?

Yes, if you want us to. Our crews bring their own cleaning products and equipment. For restroom paper, hand soap and trash liners, we can supply them as part of your janitorial contract or restock from the supplies you already buy. We settle that at the walk-through and put it in your written proposal, so there is no question about who orders what.
